Cancellation policy

Policy 1
For any cancellation of an expedition which has been confirmed by the client a deduction of 30 % would be done on the total payable amount. This is applicable if the cancellation is done 30 days before the start date of the expedition. If is in the bracket of 30 days then the full amount will be deducted.

Policy 2
As we understand that due to unforeseen reasons the client might have to change their itinerary and request for a booking cancellation. We have come up with a customer friendly policy of holding your booking for 2 years with no deductions made. This means you can cancel your present booking and book another slot in the next 2 years calendar for no deductions. The booking amount paid by the client would be held till then.

Only thing extra charged would be the cost of variables if they increase.
